1. On receiving your request, Ornaate will arrange to place the order to its associates and delegate a responsible Customer Relations Officer to arrange to deliver your product at the prescribed address with a special message to your family & friends.

2. Ornaate will revert back to you with the confirmation of delivery.

3. Delivered product may not be exact replica of displayed images and may vary in shape or design as per the availability. Though all attempts shall be made to deliver the same product as displayed image.

4. You are requested to furnish all relevant details like name, contact address, local phone number, time of delivery, and the message that you wish to communicate at the time of placing your order. If you have preference for this order then please specify the same in " product comment column" in the order form before checkout. We will make best possible attempt to incorporate the requested change.

5. Cancellation to orders can be made 48 hours in advance. Refund will be as per our refund policy.

We offer FREE shipping all over India and with all payment options like NET BANKING / CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD/ PAYTM/ CASH ON DELIVERY.
Delivery time of a shipping depends on the city ie. Metro cities generally takes 3-4max working days. And non Metro cities 4-5max working days. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Prior to ur delivery you will receive a sms alert .
For customized order delivery will depends on the products readiness.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation or change in order will not be possible once the order is Shipped.

Shipping Policy >> International Shipping

International Shipping charges are calculated by our system based on parcel weight and your zip code.
After adding your products to cart and filling up address form you will be able to see the shipping charge.
For a shipment up to 250grm , the shipping charges will be same. It is logistically more viable to club a few orders together and have them shipped instead of a smaller order.
We do not have a policy for international Returns however we will provide full support in case of any problem faced with the shipment.

Refund and Return Policy

If any product reaches you in damaged state, you should email us (info@ornaate.com) with a clear picture within 24hours of order receiving. Upon authorizing we will offer you an exchange.
